Helios Beginnings was released in August 2016. Initially I had written Andrew’s past within the story line and then decided that I would pull that out and create a separate novella for it.

Andrew Harrison lived a difficult life, wrought with pain, anguish and addiction. This prequel novella for the Helios Chronicles, will explore Helios’ life before he becomes Helios, beginning with his time in Detroit and ending in Bakersfield with the arrival of Madison Ellis, the woman that would forever change the way he saw the world.

Helios Awakened was released in August 2016. This was the first book I wrote in what would become the Helios Chronicles. I had this idea of a tortured and troubled man who had made many mistakes in his life. Because of those mistakes he felt unworthy and was simply going through the motions, until he meets Madison. Of course, me being me, nothing comes easy for them, except maybe how much they love and need each other.

In Book 1 of The Helios Chronicles, Helios Awakened, Madison moves from New York City to the California desert to care for her ailing grandmother but she never expected that she would meet the man of her dreams while there, a man that would set her heart, body and soul on fire. However, this man comes with a price, a heavy price. Is she willing to pay it?

Helios Exposed was released in February 2017. With this book, we see what happens when Andrew and Madison are out of their protective bubble. They are basically in the real world. I wanted to showcase how difficult that can be. It strained their relationship and led to all sorts of problems as they had to come to terms with what they wanted, not only in life but with each other.

In Book 2, Helios Exposed, we will find out whether or not Andrew and Madison can survive a life in New York City, where they find that things aren’t as simple as they hoped they would be. They soon discover that there are just as many enemies back east as there were on the west coast. When everything begins to crumble around them will their love be enough to hold them together?

Helios Renewed was released in September 2017. When things ended in Helios Exposed, things were actually going well for our couple but, I felt there was a lot of unfinished business. I looked at my characters, specifically my bad guys, and thought about them, and whether they would actually let sleeping dogs lie, and came to the conclusion they wouldn’t, so, this story came to be.

In the final book of the series, Helios Renewed, we find Andrew and Madison living the life they were meant to live, with family and friends, in California. But things are set in motion that force them back to New York where they find themselves fighting for not only their lives but their freedom as well, against old enemies in a battle that will test them in more ways than one. Can their love stop the forces that are trying to tear them apart?

Helios Forever was released in December 2017. I am a sucker for happy endings, especially if the characters have to go through hell and back to achieve it. This book I wrote because I wanted their future. What would that look like. I had the ending in mind, I knew what I wanted the last section to look like, but I hemmed and hawed on it, wondering if that really was a happy ending so to speak. Finally, I decided that it was, and that ultimately I needed to be true to myself and my characters.

In this epilogue novella we will get a glimpse into the life of Helios and his love, Madison. They have fought and endured so much, have they finally found their happily ever after? Was their love enough to last forever?

I absolutely love this series and hope that you will too. It is now complete.
